EnterPay is a crypto payment solution for businesses that allows merchants to accept payments in over 200 cryptocurrencies. All payments are automatically settled in EUR (or local fiat), with 0% transaction fees for the merchant.
Customers pay with crypto by scanning a QR code generated on your EnterPay POS terminal, mobile interface, payment link or API services. EnterPay's licensed partners process the transaction and automatically convert the crypto into fiat. The merchant receives their native currency in their bank account, just like with a traditional card payment.
EnterPay is built for hospitality, retail, luxury, e-commerce, events, automotive, and more. If you receive in-person or online payments, you can use EnterPay.
No, EnterPay terminals are plug-and-play. Simply connect to WiFi or mobile data, log in with your credentials, and start accepting payments.
Yes! EnterPay also offers a Mobile POS solution that works on smartphones or tablets — no hardware required.

Your payment will be confirmed once the required number of blockchain confirmations has been received. Confirmation times vary depending on the blockchain network.
No, not on the blockchain — cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed. Please ensure you use the correct cryptocurrency, blockchain network and payment amount before sending funds. If you believe you're owed a refund, contact the merchant directly; they may be able to arrange one outside the original transaction.
Payments sent using an unsupported cryptocurrency or incorrect blockchain network may not be recoverable. Please carefully check all payment details before confirming your transaction.
Yes. EnterPay conducts merchant onboarding (KYB) using certified identity-verification technology, while all regulated activities — crypto processing, end-customer KYC/AML, transaction monitoring, and fiat off-ramping — are performed by licensed third-party partners under their own authorisations. EnterPay itself is a non-custodial software layer and holds no licence in its own name.
All merchants are required to complete a Know Your Business (KYB) verification process during onboarding. For users, KYC is only required for high-risk or large transactions, based on regulatory thresholds.
